Jon’s Celsior is probably one of the simplest cars he has built so far.
Even out of his current stable of vehicles it is far less involved or dramatic than the JZX100 he is building. However, the one thing Jon’s Celsior accomplishes for us is it provides us with a foothold, or perhaps even more accurately, a benchmark on what we mean when we ramble on and on about “low car style”.

So what is it about this car that works? For starters, it ticks the boxes of clean paint, nice body lines, low ride height and nice wheels. This Celsior is a reminder that not every “build” needs a parts list that goes on for pages for it to be inspiring or for it to be relevant to the culture that inspired it in the first place.

Thank you Jon for supporting the pursuit of low car style. We hope everyone enjoys watching you mercilessly scrape over everything as much as we did.
