This past weekend Dylan, Sandra and myself (Alex) hopped in the Alphard and headed to Vancouver Island to spend a day with the guys from Moistboys, Garage Tanoshi and their friends. While on the island we filmed a feature on their cars (an interesting mix of S13 schassis and stylish Toyota sedans) all of which exclusively run small, authentic wheels.

There are a lot of reasons to run small wheels on cars like these; everything from the way the car stands out from any crowd, how it handles, to the simple element of stylish nostalgia. We had the opportunity to film with them all day and go hit a few of the beautiful spots in the greater Victoria area. It’s not hard to find incredible locations to shoot on the island, especially with all of the surrounding water and rich history.

There is also a vlog that we filmed on this trip as well so keep your eyes peeled for when that drops soon, but for now, enjoy the feature and go follow our island friends!

What do you think, are you part of this small wheel movement?
One last thing; we want to express our gratitude to everyone who has been supporting us. Whether you’ve been watching our YouTube channel, buying Japanese good goods or our merchandise, reading the blog like you are now, or sharing our content on social media, we seriously appreciate all of the love and encouragement that we’ve received and can’t thank you enough.
As mentioned at the end of the video; our new ‘Enjoy Good Taste’ shirt and hoodie are now available in-store, alongside our first ever key chains.

Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Taking the time and actual effort to make a superb article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don’t seem to get nearly anything done.
