Japan has long been known for its rich culture and fascinating history, as well as its passionate car culture. In this video, we’ll be taking you along with us on our journey as we explore the heart of Japan’s automotive scene and immerse ourselves in the country’s rich cultural heritage.

In the second episode of the “Alex in Japan” series, we embark on a road trip from Nagoya to Osaka. Along the way, we visit some of the best JDM tuning shops in the area. These shops offer a glimpse into the passion and creativity of the Japanese car scene, showcasing the latest modifications and aftermarket parts for vehicles.

Our journey later takes us to Kobe, where we visit our friend Rentaro-san and get to admire his prized possession: a Yashio Factory Silvia. This beautiful car is a true masterpiece, showcasing the latest in JDM tuning and modifications. We also have the opportunity to see his friend’s S14, which was equally impressive.

The next day, we continue our quest to discover more tuning shops in the area, taking in the sights and sounds of the Japanese automotive scene. We started the day with a few more shop visits but we also made time for some relaxation, visiting Nara Deer Park for a break from the fast-paced car world. Here, we get to pet deer and immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of the shrines and temples.

After the deer park, we went back to the shop visits and visited a few more incredible shops before heading back to Dotonbori in Osaka for a night out.

In conclusion, our journey through Japan offers a unique perspective on the country’s automotive scene and rich cultural heritage. From the bustling city streets to the peaceful temples, Japan has something to offer everyone.
